Configuration

The iOS application is already configured for full and effective functioning without any additional configuration.

First option: “Connection Protection” maintains a permanent connection to the VPN and reconnects it in case of any disconnections. The option also prevents your internet from working without a VPN until you click the “Disconnect” button on your own. We recommend that you do not disable this option.

Second option: switch to the OpenVPN protocol. It may come in handy if IKEv2 for some reason does not connect for you. For example, the 500th UDP port is closed.
