Profile setup

For IKEv2 VPN to work, you need to install our service profile. After that, the system will trust the certificate of connection to our VPN servers. This profile and certificate are used only to connect to our VPN and nothing more.

Download profile and certificate:

1. Launch the application and log in. The application will inform you that you need to install/download a certificate. Click on the button.
2. A browser will open, thenconfirm the download.

Profile setup:

1. Minimize the browser and go to the system "Settings".

2. A new lineProfile loaded “ should appear ontop. Click on it.
3. Confirm the installation . After that, return to our application, where everything will be ready for connection.
