Unable to enter the application

Check if your antivirus or firewall is restricting the application. Add our application (Start.exe and openvpn.exe from the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\hidemy.name VPN) to the trusted list.

If that doesn’t help, our API server is probably blocked in the place you go online. To check, follow the link.

  • The link did not open, an error appeared: the API is unavailable, use a proxy server to bypass the restriction or contact our technical support. They will prepare a portable version with already loaded configurations for connection.
  • The link has opened and your IP address has been displayed: there is access to the API, and the problem is with something else. Contact our technical support, we will help you.
