Does not launch

If the application does not launch:

  1. Perhaps it is already running and minimized.. Look for an icon in the form of a gray shield with a check mark in the taskbar near the clock. Double-clicking on it will expand the application.
  2. Make sure that you are logged in as an administrator. If the rights are not sufficient, change the user to the administrator.
  3. Check if the antivirus is blocking the launch of the program.. In this case, add our Start.exe executable file from C:\Program Files (x86)\hidemy.name VPN\ to the white list.
