IKEv2 is a modern and secure VPN connection protocol. We use it in our program for macOS.
Manual configuration of IKEv2 is possible, but is the most difficult of all available options. In addition to the connection parameters, you will need our root certificate and keys. Contact technical support to receive them.
We recommend that you perform the initial setup using our hidemy.name VPN for macOS program. It will automatically download and install the necessary certificates and keys.
After the first connection, you can remove our program and continue to connect through IKEv2 to our VPN without using applications.
Note: After connecting, check your IP address . It must change. If this does not happen, double-check the correctness of the entered data.
