In order not to configure manually, you can use the DNS Jumper freeware.

Manual configuration step by step:

1. Go to Control Panel — Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center.
2. In the “View basic network information and configure connections” section, click on the item to the right of “Connections”. You might have, for example, Ethernet1.
3. In the window that appears, click "Properties", select "IP version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in the list, and click "Properties" again.
4. Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the desired DNS servers.

Popular DNS server options:

• Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1
• Google Public DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4
• OpenDNS: 208.67.222.222 и 208.67.220.220

Check the box “Confirm settings on exit” and click OK to save the changes.
